2023 Year End Letter
Happy end of 2023! What a year it’s been! Not just because we celebrated our Ten Year Anniversary, but also because of the innumerable wins accomplished in just the past 11 months. In January, we launched the year focusing on 3 themes: family, sustainability, and being set apart. Despite different departments and various job descriptions, every staff member stepped beyond their individual duties to work hand-in-hand, ensuring we achieved progress in these 3 areas. To say this was a success is an understatement. My greatest professional accomplishment to date is this staff team. From the oldest to the youngest, from picking up shovels to handling chickens, hand-plowing in skirts, and so much more. Their commitment to God, the girls, and this mission amazes me. So for this year’s letter, I want to share them with you. Thank you for not only changing the lives of the girls, but for providing jobs for these set-apart men and women I get the honor to call my colleagues. Thank you for giving them to me.
With love, Mary-Kate
